Ethics  Mohammed Ibrahim works as one of the ten supervisors in a company called Swachh Bharath a medium sized pest control company. The company services shops including restaurants to clean the pests and uses a certified process involving some chemicals. The process involves that of mixing a toxic chemical, which kills pests with other ingredients in a particular ratio and cleans up the pest. As the toxic ingredients are harmful to human beings, which might lead to allergy or even death in rare cases, after fumigation, the place has to be sealed after cleaning for two days and then can be opened for use, which needs to be supervised by Swachh Bharath. This procedure is placed in the technical manual and also needs to be signed in the contract order as a stringent safety procedure.
